New Products

Well new to me anyway! These are some new items I'm getting into stock, but would like to gauge interest b4 committing myself to a large outlay:-
First are some super small headlamps, just 90mm across the lens, 105mm dia casing

Available in black or chrome they have a side mount at each side so could be mounted on a "c" or "U" bracket or on the end of a "post". £70 a pair. They have a flat dip beam pattern, but with a small mod have a slight "kickup" to the left, so should pass MoT but couldn't be guaranteed to pass SVA (although they have e marked lenses) - depends on the testers interpretation, I know many people have got thro with these & some that have been failed.

Next up "micro indicators"

These are top quality alloy housings, emarked lenses, not to be confused with some of the cheap plastic c*ap around, the lenses are just 45 x 18mm. £16 a pair.

Next carbon effect mirrors with LED side repeaters built in, very cool, very pretty

Personally I wouldn't use these without also having the standard side repeaters fitted, but anything that helps people to see you in a Seven has to be a good thing, right! £19.95 a pair.

Finally carbon effect F1 style mirrors, again very smart, useful for seeing behind you!

These have 120mm stems. £22.95 a pair.

PLEASE make any comments you want, good or bad, about the style, price, sva issues etc. I would like some genuine opinions.

Mirror glasses are both flat - non e-marked, but can't see any reason why they wouldn't pass SVA.

Hi thanks, would it be cost prohibitive to have convex glass ? A popular option and one that would see me purchase.

So long as you cover yourself on the headlights selling as offroad use only you should be fine. They don't pass SVA as they don't dip to the left. Putting them on after SVA is risky from an insurance point of view IMO.

If the mirrors meet the size requirement for SVA they should be fine.
