e2save mobile phone
Hi, anybody bought a mobile phone from e2save? I looked at them a year ago but hadnt heard of them so stayed clear, but they seem to be still on the
go now its renewal time again, and they have some great offers via cashback. Im currently on a cashback deal and i make sure i dont forget to claim
them, but you hear so many other people having trouble, is it just that they dont follow the T's+C's properly? What do you think?

Me and the MRs just finished 12 month contracts with O2 through E2Save. They were no problem (apart from the customer service line, which took more
than an hour to get through, then the little shite cut me off!). We got all of the cash back checks they promised, plus, despite missing one of my
deadlines, they not only sent me the cheque, they sent me another one as apparently they hadn't sent me enough first time! I couldn't
match their prices anywhere else!

I just bought a Pay as you Go Nokia from them for Xmas. Far cheaper than anywhere else for the phone I wanted, fast delivery, it was a bit of gamble
as I'd never heard of them, but everything went fine.
Can't comment on the cashback deals though.

2 years with them and no problems claiming cashbacks. They are part of Carphone Warehouse so not a fly-by-night.

My missus has used them twice with no problems. If it helps, I hagled between phones4u and carphone wharehouse and the latter gave me £100 cash back.
