Sierra drive shaft help
Has anyone got a spare Sierra passenger side drive shaft, push in type for a drum brake car? I need the one with 23 spilnes at the diff end.
I didn't realise that there were different types of drive shaft, and I've got one with 26 splines at the diff end, all cleaned and painted
with new gaiters - D'oh! Anyone want to do a swap?

I had the same problem myself a year ago.
I bought some in the end, but if I was being honest, it would of been a thousand times easier to start looking for a diff aswell, and whichever you
find first, get that one!
It really would of been a lot simpler and cheaper to replace the diff...

I've got both 23 and 26 spline push in shafts, it really depends on where you are. It's not really going to be much use if your at the
opposite end of the country from me.

Thanks for your replies. I'm in Hertfordshire, so not near you Delboy or Welshboy. But I am more than willing to send you a cheque to cover an
agreed price for a drive shaft and postage if either of you would send me a 23 spline driveshaft. The only alternative I think would be to go to a
scrappers and strip down another Sierra, which I don't really fancy!
