I want to fit an aero screen What has everyone else used and where did you get it from.

It depends, but I have some "Lexan"
You can get several types of acrylic.
Perspex is damn expensive, and the newer acrylics are probably more forgiving.
B&Q do some 4mm sheets for a good price, you could make two or three from their small sheets. (for mistakes or sales opportunity)

2. Never take life seriously. Nobody gets out alive anyway.

try and get stuff that won't explode into sharp fragments if broken and then stab you in the neck at 70mph...
