postage to australia
Does anybody have any idea how much it will cost to send gearbox to australia. I know its stupid but have just been asked the question.

I put a parcel size of:
750x750x1000
and a weight of:
35kg's
and it came out at £404!

Cheapest international carrier I have found is UPS, sent two Escort struts to the US for £180 at just short of 50kg.
DO NOT PUT ON KNOB OR BOLLOCKS!

Any post or air courier will cost the earth.
You need to find a 'Freight Consolidator' company, who puts small freight items together in a container.
The gearbox should cost about £20 to Aus ( and the same again at this end if you don't deliver it to the consolidators yourself), if you can
wait the few months it takes by ship.
