Decorating!!
I am removing some border/frieze thats been on the wall for several years. The patterned surface came off easily leaving a base paper stuck to the
wall. Warm water and a scrapper removes the paper but leaves a nasty sticky surface that will not wash off. Tried removing with surgical spirit, white
spirit and meths but it still remains sticky any idea what might remove the adhesive residue?
