Obviously a scam, and down right dodgy!

I think you will find that EU and foreign licence are only valid for one year in the UK. Then you have to get a UK licence / test to continue
driving.
I saw this on a Police Camera Action programme where they had stopped some foreigner with a non UK Licence. They admitted having living in the UK for
over a year. Cop said licence was not valid after being in the UK for one year and stopped them from driving further. He made them call someone with a
full UK licence to travel any further.
Scam... maybe, but not a real loophole.
Also Insurance Co wont like a non UK licence. So you would pay more for your insurance, that would probably be invalid anyway.
1. The point of a journey is not to arrive.
2. Never take life seriously. Nobody gets out alive anyway.

Its not a scam, its loop hole in the current law.
The only scam is they charge you a fortune when you can legally do it yourself!

My wife who is Danish drove in the UK on her EU foreign jonny license for 10 years. She never got asked to produce her license, but did get caught on
a speed camera and had to send her license details in with the confession. She never received any points nor a fine though.
I just had my portrait done whilst speeding along a Danish motorway - so it will be interesting to see if I get a fine. Its been 2 months since I
confessed and nothing so far.
Before you judge a guy, walk a mile in his shoes. Then when you judge him, you're a mile a way and you've nicked his shoes.

No, if you are under 70 and a resident in the UK a Community licence is good for 3 years after becoming a resident.
Most other countries outside the EU a test is needed within 12 months of becoming resident.
So, even if they can do this it will only be valid for a limited period.

it has changed allot this site...
firstly it was that you could tick the boxxes to obtain a bike/trailer/car/truck/bus etc. license..
nobody remembers??
the link was previously posted into this website. saying that its 3years ago atleast. they made use of a lost license form in a foreigh country like
Rumania/Hungaria etc.
The official rulez say 6months.
then you need to exchange your driveing license for one of the foreign country.
Basicly the 'OLD' driveing license is a EUROPEAN MODEL not a EUROPEAN license.
Saying that i never changed my license in spain. during 3 years. they did stop me and asked where i lived. i then told that i traveled allot between
the 2 countries.
i think that with the comeing of the new EU license they wont do anything about it because you can easyly exchange the EUROPEAN MODEL FOR AN EU
LICENSE

Even if the site does sort out a licence for you, They would make a lot more money selling on your details!!!!
Would you send some one in a foreign country a copy of your passport, driving licence, id card, personal details and payment giving them bank
details!!!!!!!
You would simply be asking for some one to use your identity in another country!!!!
