Cheap middis?

I have been toying with the idea of designing my own mid engined car, but time and knowledge are lacking...

So, which companies do decent, good value mid engined chassis?

I understand the MK sprint R is about 6K.... (does anyone have a website for this car?)

But what other low cost options are there?

Sylva Riot - can be done with R1, ZZR or Zetec engines.

There's also a mid engined version of the Fury called the Menace, which takes a Fireblade engine.

And the Spire GTR too, plus MNR have a mid engined thing on their website (no info though, so you;ll have to ring them about it)

Mine

I no longer run Furore Products or Furore Cars Ltd, but would still highly recommend them for Acewell dashes, projector headlights, dominator headlights, indicators, mirrors etc, best prices in the UK! Take a look at http://www.furoreproducts.co.uk/ or find more parts on Ebay, user names furoreltd & furoreproducts, discounts available for LCB users.
Don't forget Stainless Steel Braided brake hoses, made to your exact requirements in any of around 16 colours. http://shop.ebay.co.uk/furoreproducts/m.html?_dmd=1&_ipg=50&_sop=12&_rdc=1

if i was doing a Midi i would go for the Mongoose, what it lacks in styling it more than makes up for in Grin Per Pound.
