Microsoft next op system
Has anyone else noticed that the next sytem they are bringing in to replace Vista (already!) is called 'se7en' I expect Caterham will
object to that, I wonder who will win if they try to sue MS?

I expect it'll be a case of Caterham make cars, Microsoft not, so in law there probably won't be a conflict.
If either starts making the others products using the name it might be.

... and you wouldn't have a recovery service, you would have a "Help Desk"!
"Have you tried switching it off and back on again?"

Is the work Se7en rather than seven a trade mark belonging to Nanjing Automotive?
I am sure Caterham can call there cars 7 or Seven but I never seen one referred to officially as Se7en. Without paying to find out it's
difficult to see unless some knows somebody at Corven to ask what they own?
Se7en was used by Austin then Rover so may belong to NAC, possibly SAIC or even the receivers PWC

No they are not, they are a partner with Mclaren, and Mclaren have done most if not all of the work

Sorry, but the supply of ECU's to all formula 1 teams was won by Microsoft MES, i.e. Microsoft & McLaren Electronic Systems (who,
incidentally, are claimed to be independant of McLaren F1)
I made no comment on who designed them, only who will be supplying them (and even at that it was only meant as a bit of fun )
Cheers
