Hmm your lifestyle sounds so healthy...not

Buy yourself a huge bottle of aspirin before you explode

Funnily enough I use to get dizzy from low blood pressure and had to start taking salt to bring it up.

So John, the way you treat your body has consequences does it.... who'd have thought!

Both Mother and Mother-in-law are on the high-blood pressure diet currently.... right pain in the arse.

Makes me damn glad I'm largely vegetarian and exercise atleast 4 times a week!

All the best at the hospital mate, sure it'll get sorted soon.

Cheers,
James

John, being a member of the "High blood pressure club" myself, and I don't have fried stuff at all, or eat red meat. It's just one of those "getting older" things mate. Good luck at the hospital. Ray

Great you got your car inspected.....

Excellent!

Sorry about your blood pressure........

like Mr Whippy I am of the 'low' brigade......

But...since the Graves Disease diagnosis...I must admit to being all over the place.....

I feel lucky though as my GP does ECG, blood tests et-al, all 'in-house'.....and I just pop in every other day to do the BP etc........... just having to go to the Hospital to see the Endo. every other month......

Plenty of (proper) porridge made the Scots way..instead of the fry-ups for brekkie, cut out the processed foods, and plenty of fruit and veg every day.......ie 'elfy diet.......

Good luck.......
