CAR TAX car 4wd
my brother wanting a audi s4 but will he need to pay 4x4 road tax as i think its around £400 a year?

being 4x4 has nothing to do with it.
it is all based on:
date of registration'
emissions output.
or engine size if before 1st march 2001
my 4x4 tintop costs me £205 per year.
2006 (4th March)
if i had registered it 20 days later it would be £300..

my 2.8 bmw is £180 per year, my dads 2.6 vauxhall is £205...
