Anyone used these?
After been spanked by an internet company over a new fridge this week (what a waste of £600!) I've just remembered I ordered seats and harnesses
two weeks ago.
Anyone any used Jam MotorSports before? I wouldn't have thought it would take two weeks for harnesses to come...

I'm not the best myself when it comes to sending stuff - life gets in the way too much.
But a company in the business of doing business should perform better than that.
HAve they offered any explanation ?

Was the internet company from nottinghamshire. My pals wife has just lost £1000 on some smeg appliances. ABSOLUTELY APPALLING !! He is trying to claim
they were trading fraudulently.
Hope you get something sorted

Hi if it was a set of TRS harnesses you ordered. You can buy direct from TRS for less than Jam motorsport are advertising. If no delivery i would seek
a refund and go direct. The service from TRS is as good as it gets. Helpful and efficient. Ask for James. TRS

Right then, here they are... we bought an LG side by side fridge freezer from them. It said delivery for large items within 48 hours.... 5 days later
it arrived.
They dragged it down the drive and unpacked it, my wive checked round it for damage and found nothing. She signed for it and the lad asked her for a
drink of water. When she went inside they moved it into the garage and... whacked it off the wall. Big dent in the top They covered the damage up
and left.
I noticed it when I got home about 20 mins later and now they wont do anything about it even though the boy admitted he whacked kit off the wall. They
blame us because we signed for it when it was OK.
Never ever trust this outfit, the customer service is rubbish, the guy I spoke to even gave me a made up name. When I spoke to the manager he claimed
there was no one there called that and that I'd never called them before! Totally unbelievable!
