Why is it that when the four policeman arrest a kid for No licence, Insurance, Tax or MOT he gets a 1YR Ban.... Have I missed summat or do magistrates
think this guy will stop driving since he's been banned.
How soul destroying to be the copper that stopped the little scrote...

Well the ban comes into force once he gets a licence doesnt it?? So really is he gonna take lessons and then start his ban. After that ban is
enforced, how is he gonna insure his car - costs would be HUGE.
Just encourages more of the same unlicenced, uninsured driving it seems
Stoooooopid rule imho.
