Jetting Guide

Is there any jetting guide for the twin choke carbs or the single choke ones?
I know there are quite a few good ones for DCOE's, is there something similar for the twin choke for eg?

On another note, can someone explain to me how with the plunger type choke enriches the mixture? I cannot understand it even after looking at exploded diagrams.

My rather ancient Weber book (priced at 15 shillings!!!) gives the jets for a 1500 Ford Cortina GT as follows:-

Primary.
Aux Vent 4.5
Vent. 26
Emulsion F30
Main Jet 140
Air 230
Slow run 50
Slow run Air 200
Pump 50

Secondary
Aux Vent 4.5
Vent. 27
Emulsion F30
Main Jet 155
Air 180
Slow run 70
Slow run Air 70

Maybe this will help you ascertain if you are in the right ball park.

Thanks, Now I know I am running a little weak on the main fuel side. Could you please tell me which are the slow running air jets?
