In over my head

I got a new mobile to day, fab

gone from a brick to a computer

I had to ask help from someone at work on how to plug in the charger! then went back to get them to fit the battery

Now looking through the inch thick manual (all in english), what on earth have I bought??! Scared it might sprout limbs and turn into a robot!!

^__^

I recently downgraded to an old mobile. I tend to hit about 4 buttons at once with the new ones

Comes to something when you have to start asking younger people for help with gadgetry eh?

Remember taking the wee out of your parents for not being able to program the old Betamax VCR?

Your getting old Mr Whippy

I got myself a Nokia N95, which is great as I work away alot, downside though is that for all that technology it seems you have to put up with it going back to the repair shop at least every 6 weeks or so.

That first message was just a lucky sequence of buttons, I doubt we'll see another for some time

I recently down graded to the best phone i ever had, a sony ericson T68i. Loved those phones.

Got so annoyed with my contract one, it was a motorola Z8 which was really nicely made and the slide/bendy bit was great. But the software was rubbish, it was really slow and kept dropping off the network and it did so many different things it couldn't do any of them well.

so just have a 256 colour screen now, down from 16 million. and many other things like that, i have to attach the camera for instance. No MP3 or slot for memory cards. Bliss!

Still got mine somewhere, complete with dodgy joystick and intermittent network drop out which 90% of them seemed to suffer with
