Management Consultants
I have two consultants sat across the desk from me. One is spot-on; one is inducing thoughts of a flying head-butt and subsequent head-to-size 9
interface.
"Blah blah blah...... no, what are you doi..... arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!"
Rant over.

Have they had you doing a psychometic test yet ?
Should have seen my results, I think 'difficult and unemployable' were mentioned

I'm not sure I agree with them as I always considered consultants were there so that the management umbrella had somewhere for the crap to roll
off onto. Otherwise it would be their own fault if it didn't work!

I have only had one significant run in with a Management Consultant. He came in to advise the boss on how to make the company more efficient.
All he did was wee of so many staff that most of them left. He ended up as an employee of the firm, actually trying to manage the sites / projects
himself.
Oh how I laughed at him, doing 100 hour weeks, after he'd told us that we could do it in 40!
Arse!

I had 'training' yesterday with a consultant who knew nothing about the service and proceeded to tell me and a colleague (who has an MBE
for his exceptional work!) how to do our jobs!
Needless to say the course feedback will have the words 'crock of' and 'sh*t' on it!
