You can do it quickly. You can do it cheap. You can do it right. – Pick any two.

That's a new benchmark for "very ugly indeed"
Cheers

Note to all: I really don't know when to leave well alone. I tried to get clever with the mods, then when they gave me a lifeline to see the
error of my ways, I tried to incite more trouble via u2u. So now I'm banned, never to return again. They should have done it years ago!

This isn't a BEC hijack but... the only way to make that look good is a smaller engine that's going to let you redesign that god-awful
nose! Hayabusa?
The rest of it looks nice mind.
Any resemblance to real persons, living or dead is purely coincidental. Some assembly required. Batteries not included. Contents may settle during
shipment. Use only as directed. No other warranty expressed or implied. Do not use while operating a motor vehicle or heavy equipment. Subject to
approval, terms and conditions apply. Apply only to affected area. For recreational use only. All models over 18 years of age. No user-serviceable
parts inside. Subject to change. As seen on TV. One size fits all. May contain nuts. Slippery when wet. For office use only. Edited for television.
Keep cool; process promptly.

don't write OT on a new thread title, you're creating the topic, everything you write is very much ON topic!

Classic case of packaging gone wrong.
If only the wheelbase had been a tad longer and the track a tad wider, the engine could have been over to the left and behind the front axle.
It also needs a dry sump like all proper sports racing cars do to get the engine low in the chassis like it should be.

It gets worse. It sold for £11,500. Just look at this pic, so many missed design opportunities all in the one place at the one time.

I have to love it cos it's 4 wheel drive
What he's done is retained the cossie 4x4 front diff location (bolted to the engine sump) and standard front prop. This forces him to locate
the engine horribly far forwards and high for the shape of car it's packaged in.
He could have done what I've done and made the front diff independant giving him the freedom to put the engine a couple of feet further back.
But ah well i still think it's cool.
