Lets see how good paypal are now ?
Cut it short......
We have a non receipt dispute against us, we have online, electronic signature and hard copy proof of delivery, so do paypal now.
Lets see shall we ?

About time Paypal started treating cases like this as a criminal matter with such overwhelming evidence!!

My only other dealings with them leave me to think that way too, this also tags onto the "sellers cant leave negative", there are plenty
of dishonest buyers out there to.
