Health........or lack of it
Admitted to NHS A&E Monday morn..1.00 am....heart threw a wobbly.......docs say must loose 25 kgs more lost about double that last few months to
lighten the car
so had the warning shot was across the bows..... seems Too much fun can be dangerous as well . might have to sell the bec and buy a robin

just had a heap of fun in rusty knome

I went down a similar road nearly 9 years ago on my sons 10 birthday. One minute making breakfast & packed lunch to go to work with. The next I
reach up to a cupboard to get a cup, Bang. A week in hospital & 3 months of work. Still taking pills. Hasn't stopped me wanting to live my
life though.
You just end up appreciating every moment a heck of a lot more.
