Exactly the idiot doesn’t even realise he made more a fool of himself pursing the case than had he just said ‘Yeah I’m well into that kinky stuff want to join me! Heil Hitler!’

£60,000 in damages OMG how is the News of the World ever going to find the money?! It’ll be the end of them!

"Legal experts are predicting a decisive victory for Mosley – not least because one of the News of the World’s key witnesses failed to testify"

Sums it up doesnt it - and of course Mosley had absolutely nothing to do with her not being able to testify. The whole thing stinks!!!

Non appearance of whitness looks v suss. Did Mosley get costs?? - that's where the big kicking would come for the newspaper.

The £60k in damages might cover a few more parties for him anyway so i'm sure he'll spend it wisely!!

I'm inclined to agree with the verdict. Paper said Nazi, and the court couldn't find any evidence of that. So, if you haven't got hard evidence of it, don't print it.

I'm no fan of Mosley's by the way, but don't see why he shouldn't be protected by the same laws we all benefit from (theoretically, anyway)

John

How on earth does the scumbag do it?

Must have used all that F1 tech' he loves so much to create a 'better-than-teflon' coating for himself.

Nazi scumbag- can't wait till he catches a very nasty, and hopefully rapidly deadly, STI.

Cheers,
James

EDIT: In fact, as he likes a good beating, maybe I'll get a chance to use my kickboxing on him some day... can only hope!

I'm with Mr H on this.

It's not like he's be paid from taxes so I really couldn't give a toss what he gets up to in his spare time. As someone mentioned on Radio 2 (Vine), look in the back of the NotW, and you'll find plenty of "adult orientated" ads.

Hypocritical or what!

Now, with MP's/civil servants and the like I do want to know, only so the guilty party can be fired.
