hi all, i just got a new car and wanted to change the keeper and transfer my private plate on to it, can i go to my local dvla and do it all at once?

Yes and no.........
You can do it all in one hit at your DVLA local office (not the tax issuing Post Offices) but they may want to inspect the car for the reg transfer. You may have to book an inspection. I recommend phoning the local office and asking them and perhaps making an appointment.
