PPC mag site broken???

I've just tried to have a looksie at the PPC mag site http://www.ppcmag.co.uk/forum but all I get is a UKreg site saying that the PPC Mag hasn't yet created a site.
Anyone else get this or have I frogotten how to use the puter??
