Finally 17
17th Birthday today and it feels great!
First off passed my theory test this morning! and just been for a nice long drive with mum.
Feels good to be on the road!
Just thought id share with everyone!

Well done!!
It's a great feeling to be out driving. even if you do have your mum sat alongside!!
I was a bit crafty and actually took my driving test on my 17th birthday so I didn't have to have a co-pilot!!!

congrats mate
i remember my 17th birthday... vaguely...
did my theory test too, then went for a drive with my dad went on the dual carriageway and everything.
that was a few years ago now! lol nearly 9 years ago

I don't remember my 17th at all. Let's just say that there was none of this having to do a theory test or not being able to tow a trailer!

Oh God - I'm old.
Well done that man - good on you. Take it easy - one thing I do remember is what my driving was like when I was 17!

12 driving lessons for me and passed on the 15th april.....

happy birthday, well done on you therory.
i got my 17 bank hoilday monday and my therory test the next day, i would have it on my birthday to but they are shut, bank hoilday monday.

It's err 20something years since i passed my test at 17 yrs old and my mum still wont go in a car with me driving.

LOL - know the feeling. Ive never towed in my life but iirc can do something very large totally legally.
Its great being able to drive legally - especially with BMW powered locost in the garage. Happy Birthday and congrats on passing test stage 1. Was
this the bit where tester thumbs through book and pics out 3 or 4 pages and asks you random Q's about stopping distances etc.
