Basically they have increased the minimum listing fee by 5p
By proclaiimng to be giving you a free gallery photo listing, which was 15p optional but is now compulsory!

It is better if you sell expensive items but more expensive if you sell 99p cack. I always used gallery photos when I sold on eBay, largely because I
don't look at listings without them when I buy.

Aggreed, I always use it anyway, bare minimum for advertising and getting anyonet look at your wares!
It might even reduce some of the cheapest jumble sale tat on there toi? but I doubht it
