He's made a nice job of that.

He says that he was going to take moulds and use them to make the grp, but I don't see any evidence in the pictures of what he's done.

looks like foam to me, he will probably glass over it and take moulds.

looks like glass over foam to me. That's how I'm doing mine.

Its filler over glass and resin over foam. He will probably sand and paint it as a buck. He says he will make a negative, then a positive. I take this to mean he will make a mould (negative) from the buck and then make a bodyshell (positive) from the mould.

I thought polyester resin ate polystyrene foam??? Or is he using epoxy? £££££

The foam is PU (Polyurethane) not polystyrene.
