another problematic tintop
Last few weeks Opel Corsa has been getting nosier and nosier like a wheel bearing. It was louder on LH turns than right so began to change the right
wheel bearings. On stripdown the bearings were in pretty good shape and I suspected I was doing the job for nothing!!
Anyway, the car is back together and still making the same noises. I don't want to do the other side cos I think they'll be OK.
I'm thinking that the diff bearing are shot!! Does this sound right?
Thanks in advance....

I started to think CVs too as one of the boots was split and I replaced the boot. It's not clunking on turns which then made me think the diff
bearings due to diff effect on the bends...

Diff bearings are quite common on corsa boxes. Esp if the cars had a hard life.
