Stolen from Newbury: Land Rover 90 with Patrol Diesel engine.

My best mate Grant's prized landrover was stolen from Newbury Show car park yesterday.

It is fitted with a 2.8 TD Patrol engine and is pretty damn minty. Has weller steels and a bull bar with twin spots on it.

The one on the right there. He's spent thousands on it and he's absolutely gutted.

' Can anyone help me!!

My land Rover was stolen today from the Royal berkshire show near Newbury

It is a 1989 Land Rover 90 defender, its Belize Green, with a white ribbed roof, It also has a large metal bullbar, winch, snorkel, sump guard, side steps, full chequer plate kit including plating round the filler neck, driving lights,Tow bar, orange beacon on the front bumper, Nudge plates on the bumper, off road tyres, special alloys(cant remember what they are called exactly), a decent sound system( sony xplod I think) with Ipod connector a dog guard, it also had a pair of decent modern defender front seats and the full sound deadening rubber matting fitted.

Noticeable things, is one high beam light doesnt work(drivers side), theres a rope wrapped around the top of the bullbar, and there is a large area on the roof where there is paint missing from some corrosion, there is also corrosion under the paint on the rear door, and corrosion at the back of the rear edge of the tub.

It Has a Nissan Patrol 2.8 straight 6 TDI engine fitted

The registration plate is B19 GKM,

It was stolen between 12:30 and 5pm today on the 21st of September.

If anyone has any info as to where it might be I am begging you to tell me!!!

My phone number is 07766 078 848 or 01442 872 475, and my email is grant-mundy@hotmail.co.uk

There is a reward if found!!!! And I really mean it I want my Landy back!!!

Will post piccis when I can get one off of my phone

Thanks very much everyone!!

They are being shipped out of the country, lots of them have gone from round here and the condition is immaterial. Old shells and chassis have been lifted from farms and rumour has it they are going to South Africa in containers.

yours, Pete

I went into the RSPCA office the other day. It was so small you could hardly swing a cat in there.
