my day off work.

Took my kit car into the local primary school this morning, where the foundation classes had prepared lots of questions about it and then got to have a look and sit in it.
They took lots of photo’s and are going to spend part of the afternoon drawing it., for a display.

Earned my little girl lots of street cred…

The only down side is I forgot to take my camera

Paul

You can just guess what all the other dads will be hearing about when they get in from work tonight

That's great!! It may well inspire a "Next Generation Locoster"

Surprising that the health & safety crew allowed it though as someone may have hurt themself climbing in

I WILL get out again!!

I have a little bit......need more......

Good job you didnt take your camera as no doubt the press would have got wind of it and branded you a paedophile for innocently taking pictures of your car with kids in the background.

quite true as Jayne (Miss Whippy) was at a kids birthday party held for deprived kids (she helps out) and said that no one was able to take pictures of other parents kids, which is all kind of weird and sick really. Like something Southpark would have an episode on no doubt.

Years ago I parked the Falcon outside Autosave and came back to find a heap of wee kids with the cars bonnet up having a nosey inside! I had the hood down so instead of giving them a b$ll$cking let them sit in it going broom broom oh and managed to convince one that it could do the 200mph indicated on the speedo

anyway you should have seen the looks I got from adults walking by and there’s me just letting them have fun as I would have liked at their age…half expected them to call the police so much for being a kid these days

I'm hoping my son will get to make some bits for the Tiger using their laser cutting thingy as part of his DT project. Had a play with it at an open day - draw in CAD, press button and hey presto!

Some busy-body social worker type has probably got you marked down as a potential kiddie-fiddler!
