zetec se sump????

Now then lads and lasses,

i am going to fit an 1800 zetec to my indy and need a sump and various other bits n bobs to go on the engine.
I have been offered a fully dressed 1600 sigma straight out of a focus at a price i cannot refuse( nowt ).
My question is this, will any of the bits ie the sump, fit on the 1800 or am i barking up the wrong tree.

Dont all laugh at once please.
Andy

Why not fit the Sigma?

The exhaust is on the same side as the Pinto and it is very light.

You'll need a bellhousing converter to mate it to a type 9. They are supposed to be great little engines.

Thanks for the info gentlemen,
i will pass on the engine.

The reason it has been removed from the car is that it will only run on 3 cylinders. The local garage that has the focus think it has burnt out a valve.
Otherwise i would think about fitting it.

Andy.
