All the good small sellers are being driven out of ebay by the rogues .

However if I was the customer I would have waited a bit longer for my refund before leaving feed back

Thats still no excuse to take him to court. Just a complete waste of time imo.

Hopefully, the courts can be relied upon to inject a bit of sense into this case. It is up to the seller to prove libel, so he must prove that the phone sold was not chipped, was not the wrong model or that the delay in refunding payment was not what the feedback stated. If everything in the feedback was true, then there was no libel and the seller is an arse.

That news story names the idiot, and will do him far more harm than a bit of feedback, we all know we cant please everyone everytime, and buyers generally accept that, providing his score is in the high 99's it wouldn't have hurt him.

Just looked at his fbk, I wouldn't have bought from him in the 1st place, he's got no hope in court.

Due to ebay/paypal updating their systems... I haven't been able to sign in to my paypal account for 6 weeks to move/transfer any money anyway...
