He must have known what he was doing.... The parents need to have a serious beating for not teaching their kid properly...
what will be be doing when he gets older... killing small children?

Would have solved lots of future problems, thats classic serial killer behaviour when he gets a bit older.

That's nothing if you want sick - in SA the major cause of death and injury to Girls under 4 years old seems to be becoming the rape and murder
of them by men over 18. Sometimes the girls are less than 2 years old.
There seems to be a new report in the media of this occurring every day.
I just don't think jail is punishment enough for them.
