Build a sports car for £250...........

What a rip off. Don't they know there's a credit crunch? Have they not heard about the upcoming recession? Talk about profiteering!!

For those of us with smaller budgets there is an alternative. IT'S HERE and HERE and HERE and HERE and HERE and HERE and HERE and HERE and HERE and HERE and HERE and HERE and HERE and HERE and HERE and HERE and HERE and HERE and HERE and HERE and HERE and Don't worry it's the last one
Go on steal the kids pocket money, you know it makes sense.

That is brilliant!

I know a bloke who does this kind of thing in the 21st century, and there's a lot more to it these days.

Wouldn't it be wonderful to have that sort of freedom?

Thanks for the link!

Cheers

Chris

Note to all: I really don't know when to leave well alone. I tried to get clever with the mods, then when they gave me a lifeline to see the error of my ways, I tried to incite more trouble via u2u. So now I'm banned, never to return again. They should have done it years ago!

don't write OT on a new thread title, you're creating the topic, everything you write is very much ON topic!

Thats all very well but everyone knows that £250 is impossible so I reckon its going to cost you a lot more.

more like 27 pounds and 3 shillings (or some other of the old money speak maybe a farthing whatever that was)

My god, they show you in twice the detail "how to make a car" than they do "how to make a plane".

(i assume that so that if you're competent you can make the plane and if you're not you can't - otherwise .... eeek)

But the comment "nor do I think that anyone can reasonably expect to build a passenger carrying vehicle for £20." makes me feel better about my £250 car!!
