Hello all,
Does anyone know the nut size used for the rear sierra hubs ?
I am referring to the ones which go onto the end of here :-

Also, any idea's regarding where i could get a couple would be appreciated.
Cheers
Tris
Ford sell 'em a couple of quid each.
Ones a left hand thread (passenger side IIRC)
41mm Socket
You can buy new ones in pairs on ebay.
I initially asked the local ford garage parts department , before posting this thread. Got a 'ohhh, you can't order those any more'
reply, so i was looking into getting the nut from another source.
Just tried another ford garage and a couple are coming for tomorrow. £6 each
Thanks
Tris
you normally get a pair with each set of bearings (motorfactor ones anyway) so one axle set of bearings gets you two sets of nuts - so someones bound
to have some spare
Westfield sell them for £4.86 each and they do the washers as well for £1.32 each. Part nos:
Right hand nut: 4323001
Left hand nut: 4323002
Washer: 6802822
prices include VAT but I've no idea what you'll pay for delivery.
