If they are all based on the Lotus 7, Why is the MK so much BIGGER than all the others?
My favourite pic - not because it has the love of my life in it, but because it was the first pic taken when I was road - legal!

Looks like the kitcar version of something that would be in mad max. What an evil looking beast you have there sir.

Took me a moment to realise that was a bottle, not a starting handle

I think that we could re-title the thread to be - build your own kit car screen saver,..
I shall be doing just that and replacing some of the commercial pictures that I have in the selection.
thanks

MegaBlade
This is my old Megablade that I built back in 2001, no decent pics of the F27, I'll get some when the weather perks up!
Heres another bang up to date in Stoneleigh spec...
Same place, just spot the differences.

Nice new defuser , led fog light , some new dials on the dash, did you make the defuser .
You win Dunk, yep, made the diffuser, dead easy...
Mine @ Abingdon last year, when it had the R1 engine

Will have a look at stoneleigh and get some ideas if you dont mind. would like to have a go at making one myself.
Every time I click on this thread or post a reply I get this box up...
Anybody else? What is it? And, why? And, why only this thread??
Very odd i don't get that.
maybe do a virus scan
Coozer - is it an optical illusion or do you run bigger rear wheels than front?
Talking wheels themselves, I'm aware the tyres are of a different size...

Stunning wheels, are the Caterham r500s? Where'd ya get em from?
They are team dynamics pro race 1.2 if I'm not mistaken?
Love the rear arches on the blue raw above!
Yep they are 13" Team Dynamics pro race 1.2. They do look different to the 15's I had on before in that they have more of a dish and the
wheel nuts are not recessed. The centre section is different to the 15" jobs as well.
Got them from MNR last year.
And from me, a REAL LOCOST, or do i not count as its not a kit ?
Yeah sorry Steve how dare you put one of those on this site

Very old posts off cars I wonder where they are all today and lots of names that don’t seam to be on here now I wonder what there doing nowadays
Graham
I am still here Graham, although I don’t come on here very much anymore.
Hope you’re well mate, I’ve had a few kits since I posted my last pictures, Westfield 3.9 v8, 2 x marlin 5 exi’s, Ginetta g27, and my latest project
is a Mk Sprint R single seater.
What have you been doing Graham since you sold your Indy.?
Hi Paul nice to hear from you .
It’s a longtime since I sold my car but keep in touch with who bought it .
I’m 67 now so retired and not much car related stuff
We got a German shepherd dog last year so that keeps us busy walking etc
I’m thinking about a camper van so we can take the dog
Good luck with the cars
Graham
Nothings changes, well maybe a little older, but not wiser.
