Kit Car YouTube Channel coming soon!!
bi22le - 15/5/24 at 12:35 PM

After a lot of graft in the background and planning, my new YouTube channel is going to launch with its first 4 episodes this Friday. I am really excited to share these with the world and I have loads of other really good content lined up.

Please take time to take a look at the teaser, like, comment, subscribe, share and all that jazz.

I think its going to be fun and interesting to all on here. Its a blend of Colin Furze Mat Armstrong Mark Rober me!!!

Also, if anyone wants their car featured or is going on track days and doesn't mind a tag along I would love to capture content and share the experience.

Thanks all for any support and sharing you can give, from a long time frequenter of the mighty LCB.

looks good - curious how you'll do keeping up creating content which i think is always the hard part once you've passed the "am i likeable enough to watch for more than 30 seconds test"

Oh, and your roll bar looks far too low from one of the shots.

Looking good and I hope all goes well

I must agree your roll bar is way to low

Stock roll bar on the striker, so you are both absolutely right.

Ill add it onto my stuff to do and make some YT content from it!

Pay me enough and I can show you two roll bars on a caterham - I've got standard and fia. I've also got homemade on the incomplete locost.

I strongly suggest that you 'drip feed' the first episodes over 4 weeks, not all in one night. - people finding the channels later can 'binge' but you need to establish yourself a bit more slowly.

but certainly looking good

Hi Gremlin,

My Editor composer and general all-round creative egg and I have had conversations around this. Initially we were going to schedule their release at around 1 per week but decided on this approach. We have them all finished and ready so our thinking is:

- If only one is released, and its not quite their bag then they wont come back for more. If more are available they are more likely to give it a 2nd, 3rd or 4th go as they don't have to wait and recommit time. We may win them over as episodes get more interesting and varied.

- The episodes are short, between 10-15 mins, so its not a marathon. If they like it they will watch them at their pace, when they have time. I don't think it will negatively impact the figures releasing 4 at once, only improve them. We want to entice people in and get them hooked.

- We have another 2 or 3 brewing nicely so should have good continuity and maintain interest. Going forward, these will most likely be scheduled or released separately.

- We want the word to spread following initial release. Hopefully people will like them and tell others about them. I don't have a huge TicToc, Facebook or Twitter network to announce each release on so one huge splash with ripples is what we are hoping for. Not sure what benefits there are to the slowly slowly approach to build an established following.

- We are not experts and this may not be the right direction, but its a direction and its the direction we are heading.

Thanks for the support and thoughts though, they are appreciated. Like and share, like and share!!!

I love your style but I don't have any money and certainly not sure I would want to pay anything to see some roll bars!?!

I to have had cars with full cages and in one of the Tea N' Bizz-Kit episodes we visit Tube Benders UK and measure up for a full cage on a RAW Striker.

Ill get it sorted, and in the mean time try to roll it!

Someone who speaks at my kind of currency, now we are talking!!

On that note of visiting places and meeting people; I am all for taking a drive out to meet LCB members. Drink some Tea, eat some biscuits. Do a little show and tell on your car, your kit car related business or take a ride around a track with you. I want as much varied and interesting content as I can get so please U2U me if you are up for it.
