look strangely like track rod ends?

They look like terminal covers???

couch22k - 29/7/10 at 08:44 AM

I think they are a Large Pack of 3 Rubber Boots

Battery or starter terminal boots/covers. Hence three; one for the starter and two for the battery.

they do look odd! I think they may be battery terminal covers... but then why would you need a pack of 3!

1 for the starter. 2 for the input to the starter relay and 3 for the output to the starter relay.......

They are electrical insulating boots masquerading as track rod end covers and/or battery terminal covers but no idea why there packed in 3's perhaps a throw back to Durex.

"what are these"

Overpriced???

hellbent345 - 29/7/10 at 09:52 AM

i was thinking just of the battery terminals themselves ie 1 positive, 2 negative, 3 ....
i just dont have any rubber boots on any of my starter motor connections, and those would be a little big for mine anyway i pthink... (thats my excuse anyway ;P)

I guess they could also be used for covering brake line banjo fittings.....
