Guys we need to find an alternative way of sending out long bulky items like bumpers and axles etc.
Our notmal routes of pallet networks are not interested, UPS and the like charge a fortune for this kind of stuff (interparcel want 90 quid to send a
mitsy L200 front bumper within the UK)
Anyone got any suggestions?
Dont know if these guys are any good to you theyve been advertising a lot locally recently.

boxby.co.uk might be worth a try
www.shiply.co.uk 20 quid to do bumpers from liverpool to fife.
Stick the item on and carriers bid for your business dont take the first one that comes along as they bid lower and lower.
How about shiply.

Its mainly for ebay I think. Its like an auction but couriers bid to take your parcel. Alot of them seem to be looking for return loads. Try on there,
and if its a good deal, you could use the same company again. Alot of smaller couriers so probably more accomodating to funny shaped items. My friend
had a quote of 60 quid to bring an engine back from nottingham to swansea so theres some good deals. They advertise moving cars and things aswell.

Suprised at interparcel.
Just sent a a0 sized printer weight nearly 40kg for £9 using ups via interparcel. The £500 insaurance was a tenner though.
