He's not thought things through 
He's tried to take advantage of the 10p listing for cars that was going on at the weekend. A lot of people were just placing blank ads on the day
and then editing them when they found the time, so ebay put a stop to it basically, so he's stuck with that ad, dunno why he's not cancelled
it though...
Reason to not cancel, easy, if he was silly enough to post it, somebody may be silly enough to buy it.
