Anybody know where i can get a clutch release bearing from? ive got a 2ltr zetec black top using the original clutch n flywheel mating to a type 9.
From what ive gathered so for from other sites such as zetec inside and pauls kit car pages I need one from an old 2.4 or 2.5 diesel transit QH part
no cct303. Trouble is ive tried the usual places like Andrew page and my local factors but nobody stocks it anymore and they dont do bearings on their
own. I dont want to buy a new clutch kit cos the engine is new and came with a new clutch. so does anybody point me towards a supplier that wont have
my trousers down?!
My local factors had them on the shelf! Capri one mine tho.
Try GMS

loads of other sites quote cc133 as the one often used.

The standard 2.0 litre Zetec flywheel can be used however this is quite heavy. This will require a standard 2.0 Zetec clutch and a clutch release bearing from a 1971-88 Ford Transit 2.4/2.5 diesel (Quinton Hazell part CCT303)
Burtons are good - not too expensive...
Burtons
...and they know how to match Ford engines, clutches and gearboxes!
I used a Quinton Hazel CCT133 release bearing which worked fine. Ordered from my local QH branch.
