Just wondered if anyone has made a cradle to test their blade engine prior to fitting in the car.

I thought maybe I could make something out of 2x4, do you think this would suffice??

Dont worry about 'cradles', just plumb it up and start it on the floor! It is no problem if you just want to see if it makes the right noises, done it loads of times with all manner of engines.
