The motorcraft cap is lower then the Bosch; I have small rubber cups (transfrerred from one set of leads) that allow the leads to be positioned out of
the way - silicone ones are quire flexible.
The small caps are on the two uppermoset leads whereas the one in lower LH cornder has the standard longer caps.

this photo shows how the leads are routed through the mainfold. I did a bit of filing on the manifold web to give a bit more clearance.
The 1300 twin manifold has a steeper angle than the 1600 to give more clearance for the leads.
