Before i start stripping my carbs does anyone have a schematic for the carbs, they are the zx6r series G carbs.

I've read that people have rebored the jets to 1.6mm is this necessary or should i see how / if it runs first.

I've just dropped a spair set of 150's into a pair of GSXR 600 carbs to go on a standard 2L pinto - will see how it runs when i fit the carbs tomorrow. The carbs are Mikuni and the jets are the same as those found in Weber's incidentally. I'd say get a set of microdrills and slowly drill them out myself until it seems to run well enough
