Hi all my indy engine has not been started for about 3 months do you think i should start it before changing the oil to get it thin or just drain it then renew the oil ?

I think you should:

1. remove the engine
2. strip it down into as many little bits as possible
3. Wash all the little bits off in Kath's diswasher
4. put it all back together
5. put in fresh oil
6. put the engine back in
7 drive away smiling with the knowledge of a job well done

Cheers
