what do you think is better?????
I couldn't tell you what their relative merit is as carbs - but I do know that bike carbs are a lot cheaper!
Bike carbs, much easier to set up and better mpg.
If in doubt ring Bogg Brothers and ask

you cant beat the sound of the induction with a set of webbers, I have twin 40's and get 22 to 25 to the gallon on a 1.8 zetec. Cost wise
secondhand bike carbs £65.00 webbers £200+ then theres the manifold.
I only went webber as I got them for £100 including linkages spent a further £50.00 jetting them.
Bike carbs give arount the same performance possible better as I believe they are not as tempremental as webbers and dont require constant fiddling/
adjustment.
Apparently Boggs Brothers are the Guru's on all things bike carbed.
Personally, I've never had any bother with Webers. Mine have only ever been set up when I've upgraded the engine. They havent been touched
since the start of 08 I think, and the car still runs sweet as you like.
I think the biggest problem with webers nowadays, is finding someone who really knows how to tune them. It's a bit of a dying art I fear..

BIKE CARBS
bike carbs only use the fuel they need
Webers are a big fuel pump and pump lots of fuel
AS above give Bogg Brothers a call
