Evening All,
I'm just in the process of stripping down a 2.0 SOHC Pinto. Adjacent to no. 4 spark plug there is a stamp mark which is a vertical stroke, either "1" or "I". Has anyone else any experience of this. Is it a poor stamping of the P, R or L which signifies an unleaded head or does it mean some thing else?
Hope someone can help.

My pinto head has a mark like an "I"or a "1" and thats on a79 1600 cortina engine, leaded only.
