i have been offered a 2.0 pinto engine for my locost supposedly from a mk2 rs2000 does anyone know if this will fit to my gearbox(from 1300 mk2 escort 1976 model)?.

does aynbody know what carbs originally were fitted(has twin solex at the moment)

The gearbox will fit but isnt very strong,use a 5 speed seirra box,no wories then

sell ur solex's some of the concours nutts will buy them for stupid money they were a homolgation special for gp1 racin i thik and very rare
