No,the bottom has been cut off.a box realy needs to be added on the front to make up for the lost capacity.

Looks just like my Q's sump. I have an rs2000 one in the garage ready to go on.

Although it seems to be about 1cm taller, it has a wing on the side for increased capacity and is baffled, so I think the con of 1 cm less ground clearance is worth the pros.

What bit of capacity has been lost there will not make any difference as long as the pickup is still submerged. I doubt if it is more than the difference between the low and high mark on the original dipstick.
