Anyone know or can measure accurately how long is a zetec silvertop TDC timing pin is from the face to its end?

It is the longer one.
I bought a timing kit set with two pins and it was the longer of the 2.
does this help?

found this web site which said 63.4 and 63.5, ive got a partly stripped zetec bottom end and measured insitue and i measured it at 63.8mm from end to face, be nice if someone could measure their's to confirm though

just brought one the end can confirm its 63.8mm from face to end
