I decided to do some mods and fit some bike carbs to my 2.0 pinto.
This is as it goes so far.
Ebay : ZX9R B1 carbs, ZX9R filter base, ZX10 fuel pump, 48mm silicone pipe.
Other parts: Some 46mm pipe (from the scrap bin at work).
Pinto inlet flange from Kitpartsdirect. Normaly i would get this profile cut from a firm i use, but at the price that Kitpartsdirect have it at there
was no point.
My aim is less than £100 for the install.
Flange
Carbs
Now to the bit where i need some info. The carbs have some pipes dotted about and i need to know what there for. i think there breathers?
A and B
And the fuel pipes. There are 2 ends to it. Are they normaly both connected to pump discharge? or is one used as a return via a regulator?
And what are the hole for on the inlet to the carb.
Oh and thanks Jacko for the info.

good luck with that..
not to sure on the plasma cut flange thou.....
Why's that?
I would bolt the flange down to a strong flat surface whilst welding the tubes in, I didn't and it took ages to get it flat again, still got the
blisters to prove it !!!
Cheers
Rich
This is my manifold
