I have a 2.0l pinto circa 1988 in my car. I need a tee-piece to keep the original sender and incorporate a pressure sender as well.

Does anyone know what size the original pinto threaded sensor is, it seems to be tapered but as what thread notation it is, its all greek to me.

Please be careful when fitting a Tee piece, it's a known problem that the Tee will eventually fracture if you hang a switch and an electrical sender on it.

I had it occur on my Xflow when I had it fitted.
Better to use a flexy tube with adapters and tee piece mounted on a chassis rail. Not cheap, but peace of mind.

I was wondering about that... my t-piece is made of brass, like most of them, and that's a very brittle material. I was wondering about making one out of steel, if I could find the taps and dies cheap enough (e.g. from Tracy Tools).

Where did you get your flexy hose from, Rob? I was thinking about getting a remote filter setup (I have very little clearance) and it would be very little trouble to fasten the t-piece to the filter mount.
